Restoration & Rewiring
Careful work, by hand, on lighting of every period.
From Georgian crystal to mid-century brass, every piece is assessed, restored and rewired by the same hands — then returned ready to light.

Chandeliers & pendants
Brought down, taken apart, made whole again.
Crystal, glass and metal chandeliers are dismantled and cleaned piece by piece, rewired throughout and repaired where arms, drops or fittings have failed. Where a chandelier needs to suit a new room, we can resize it.

- Full rewiring and new lamp holders
- Repairs to arms, frames and drops
- Resizing and height adjustment
- Removal and rehanging

Wall lights & sconces
Pairs and sets, restored to match.
Wall lights often come in pairs or sets that need to work and look the same. We restore and rewire them together, so every light in a room glows alike.
- Rewiring and new back plates
- Matching pairs and sets
- Repairs to arms and shade holders
- IP44 / IP65 upgrades (below)

Table & floor lamps
Safe to switch on, true to how it was made.
Old flex, tired switches and loose fittings are replaced, and bases, stems and mechanisms are repaired with care — keeping the character that made the piece worth saving.

- New lamp holders
- Repairs to bases, stems and joints
- Repairs to shade carriers and fittings
A specialist service
IP44 and IP65 upgrades for vintage wall lights.
Most vintage sconces were never designed for moisture. We upgrade original pieces so they can be used in bathrooms, shower rooms and damp areas — where a reproduction is usually the only option.
